My sweet sister offered to take some pictures for us this weekend. She actually picked her birthday to take them, saying she loves photography and really wants to learn. Of course, we were happy to oblige and were excited to get some pictures we really like. We had planned for a Balboa-themed shoot with a variety of beach, grassy field and kite, playground, pier, and the Balboa Fun Zone, but I guess everyone else in Southern California wanted to come to the beach over Labor Day weekend and parking was a real issue. We ended up at plan C, the only place we knew we'd get 2 parking spots for sure! With 30 or so minutes, we pulled it off! Thanks, Michelle, for giving us these memories. We love 'em!
