We still wanted to take some family pictures this year, even if we aren't able to send them out in Christmas cards. It was a super cold day with lots of wind (at least low 40's). For how quickly we took these pictures (about 5 minutes), we're happy we have some decent shots.
I opened today's blog and that first picture blew me away! So alive and amazingly beautiful!! The love, the laughter, the wild wind and crashing waves. Your family story is truly portrayed in all it's beauty, intricacies and most of all the devotion that is so evident in this photo (One for my grandma brag-book please). Very neat pictures! We need to take some family pictures but it is hard to get a good one with both boys looking at the camera. Maybe we'll attempt it next week when we are home in Murdo for Christmas. Do you have fun 1st Christmas plans with Kyle?
ReplyDeleteTaking pictures with a baby is a bit harder. We had to throw out quite a few shots because someone wasn't looking or when the wind picked up and Kyle looked like he was freezing! We decided to just have some random action shots to make the struggle to "pose" less of an issue. That and the cold made us hurry as quickly as we could. Good luck with your pics!:)
